Please note, for flights and/or hotel bookings your purchase, billing and payment for flights and/or hotels happens at third party websites who may or may not be affiliated with. In either case, we can not control your payment for flight bookings and hotel bookings, so we can not take any responsibility of such payment. However we strongly advice you to read terms of third party website before making payment with them. In any case of dispute, you shall contact them directly as your purchase was not made on Skyril and we do not have control over your payment for flight booking and hotel booking services on our own.
For other services, which you booked using Skyril Booking Engine on Skyril Site and/or Apps, our refund policy is as below :
If for some reasons you want to cancel the service or services you booked on Skyril, you can ask for cancellation of your placed order and get refund of your purchase. Please see below to understand how Skyril’s standard refund policy works.
